Amlak offers an all inclusive property management program, that is available both for our Home owners that wish to avoid the headache of dealing with daily problems of managing their properties as well as our corporate bodies that are seeking to provide our full relocation benefit package to their employees to make their transition to Egypt easier and simpler.

Through our comprehensive program, we provide the the services necessary for the upkeep of the property throughout the rent contract term, which includes the following services:

  Professional housekeeping services 3 times per week including Deep Cleaning and Laundry services
•  Bill Payment Services
  Payment of all utility bills regularly and ensuring that the services are always running
• Maintenance Services
  Includes maintenance of apartment systems, electrical equipment, and furniture. Our time
  saving and professional service is a great asset to our customers.
